The Help for Email Cleaner is mostly in the program itself. Currently this program needs a PowerMac, and it needs 1250k of free ram.
What can it do?
It cleans up email type texts, and newsgroup type texts (which are very similar) in various ways. Then it can wrap the text keeping all the quoting perfect, to any character width you like. It also is very good with Hotmail accounts or any other WebMail account, which wrap terribly unless you use this program.
It solves all your email/newsgroup wrapping problems, and fixing badly hard wrapped texts, which were hard wrapped before you cleaned it. It runs from inside all your applications, as long as the Email Cleaner program itself is open.

Email Cleaner can handle far more complex texts than this of course. To see a good example of a complex and badly messed up text, open up Email Cleaner and use the "Example Text" button in the Help window.
Cost:
Email Cleaner costs $15. The pricing in other countries than ths USA is shown in the "Theo's Register" program, and the online ordering website.

If you are using the Palm Instant Desktop extension, then it could cause problems with Email Cleaner, you will have to remove it to get Email Cleaner to work.
